Mojo Fitness is a personal training service that allows clients to work out in our studio or in the comforts of their own home, office or gym. We specialize in training, educating and helping individuals set and reach their health and fitness goals to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

 

Client Consultation - FREE

The first step towards a healthy lifestyle begins with an in person consultation. This consultation is an opportunity for you to meet your trainer where you will discuss your medical and exercise history, your current lifestyle practices as well as your fitness and nutrition goals. During this session you will collaboratively formulate a fitness plan of action that will help you achieve success. This consultation is typically 1 hour in duration.

 

Fitness & Lifestyle Appraisal - $79

The fitness and lifestyle appraisal will give you a clear understanding of your current fitness, lifestyle and nutrition habits. The appraisal includes a client consultation, body composition analysis and body measurements. It also consists of testing your aerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance, power and flexibility. This appraisal is typically 2 hours in duration.

 

Personal Training

We make training personal by coming to your home, office or gym. Our sessions are 60 minutes in length however, we can customize a 30 minute intense workout for those people with time restrictions. The exercises, training methods and equipment we use will depend on your specific requirements and goals. All sessions are specific and dynamic to maximize your time and results.

Fitcamps

This outdoor group training experience is designed for people of all fitness levels. Your Fitcamp leader will guide and motivate you through a 60 minute total body conditioning session to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Women should bring a 5lb or 8lb dumbbell set and men should bring an 8lb or 12lb dumbbell set. All participants must bring their own exercise mat.

Program Design - $199

We create a fitness program specifically for you to do in your home or gym without the assistance of a trainer.

  • Phase 1 - a 60 minute client consultation and equipment assessment.
  • Phase 2 - program walk through and demonstration of the exercises in your program. You will be shown how to use your existing fitness equipment and learn proper exercise training techniques. You will be given your own Mojo Fitness training journal to track your progress. The journal will list the exercise you will be doing as well as the required sets, reps, and weight.
  • Phase 3 - one 60 minute training session with your trainer.
 

Program Design Continuation - $65 per session

Progression of your fitness program should occur every eight weeks to challenge your body while increasing fitness levels at a steady pace. A trainer will come to your home or gym to alter and update your existing program for you.

 

Sport Conditioning

Improve your game with a specific program that will optimize your fitness and sports performance. Whether you are a competitive or recreational athlete, a program is created specifically for you or your team. Corporate and Workplace Fitness

A workplace wellness program sends a clear message to employees that they are valued by their organization.
