We are pleased to announce the opening of our new fitness training studio located on Tremblant Way in Montreux/Springbank found in SW Calgary, Alberta. We offer a private and professional training experience gauranteed to help you shed off those unwanted extra pounds. The facility features cardio and strength training equipment as well as stability balls, Bosu, kettle bells, heavy bag, boxing equipment and a TRX Suspension Trainer. Our studio also includes a shower, washroom and towel service for your convenience.
We also offer a mobile servic that allows clients to work out in the comforts of their own home, office or gym. We will supply all the equipment or use what you have available. Mojo Fitness is committed to helping each client achieve their health and fitness goals by designing and implementing creative and effective training programs. We will assist each client in developing and maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle. Feel confident knowing that your professional trainer will guide you through a program based on exercise physiology tailored to your current fitness level and goals.

I graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology specializing in fitness and lifestyle. I also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a major in physical education and a minor in health with 8 years devoted to being a physical education teacher and coach. I have over 12 years of fitness training experience working with several NHL and CFL athletes as well as training hundreds of people in general fitness. My specialties include: individual and group training, strength training, sport specific conditioning, customized programs, MMA conditioning, bootcamps, kettle bells, stability ball, medicine ball, Bosu,TRX, CPR.
Fitness and athletics has always been a huge part of my life. I was heavily involved in sports as a youngster and have continued my athletic pursuits throughout my life. I actively plays many sports but my favourites are hockey and fastball. My love of fastball has given me the opportunity to travel the world and play internationally. In 2006, I was selected as Softball Alberta’s male athlete of the year.
I am enthusiastic about helping anyone of any age and fitness level to achieve their individual goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, tone, improve your flexibility or just feel better about yourself, I will create a customized workout program tailored to your individual needs and goals.

I've tried most of my adult life to change my body and have never even come close. In basically 4 short months, Ryan has helped me achieve my goals of slimming down and toning up. Why, why did I not hire this man 20 years ago. I've gone down nearly 2 dress sizes and am now the size I have always wanted to be. The workouts aren't easy, but the payoffs are enormous.
