Mojo 45 Sessions

Mojo Fitness offers dryland training for teams at our facility.  Not only does this assist to help your players improve their game, it is also a great team building experience!

Team Training

Private one on one training sessions follow the same unique format of our group sessions however you will now have the attention of a trainer all to yourself.
